A New Heartbeat
for Bay Ridge

H-Bond Coffee quietly opened its doors on November 29, 2024 - transforming a beloved neighborhood barbershop on 72nd Street into Bay Ridge's most-talked-about new café.

We source our coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, where volcanic soils and high altitude produce bright, complex beans with natural sweetness. Every cup - drip, espresso, or specialty latte - reflects the care of that single origin.

Step inside and you're greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows, warm light, and the kind of atmosphere normally found in Brooklyn Heights or the LES. Three intimate tables with outdoor seating available, a welcoming team, and a menu that surprises.

Our matcha program is a serious endeavor - 12+ curated drinks from simple lattes to our showstopping Medjool Date Matcha and Blueberry Cheesecake Matcha.
